Our program is fully customizable to meet your desires. For family stays, activities are tailored for children. The stay is from Sunday to Sunday.
Day 1 – Sunday: Welcome to Swedish Lapland!
Arrive at Östersund Airport or Sundsvall train station, where we’ll pick you up by shuttle and take you to the camp. After settling into your lodge, enjoy a group dinner. This is the perfect time to meet your guides, fellow guests, and get an overview of the activities for the week.
Day 2 – Monday: First encounter with the dogs
Breakfast is at your leisure in the lodge.
Meet at 10am for a fitting and introduction to the winter gear (suits, overboots, etc.), followed by your first encounter with our dogs and a visit to the kennel.
Lunch together.
In the afternoon, equipped with snowshoes, we’ll set off to explore the snow-covered Scandinavian forest. Follow the guide, who knows every corner of this beautiful wilderness. We’ll also set up a wildlife camera to capture photos of the forest animals.
Group dinner.
Day 3 – Tuesday: Sledding adventure in the wild
Breakfast is at your leisure in the lodge.
Meet at 10am for your first sledding experience! Comfortably seated in the sled, we’ll take a ride across frozen lakes and through the Lappish forest.
Grill lunch around a campfire.
In the afternoon, we’ll continue our journey and return to the camp before dark.
Group dinner.
Day 4 – Wednesday: The big day – You’re a musher now!
Breakfast is at your leisure in the lodge.
Meet at 10am to harness your own team of 2 or 3 dogs. On a fun and safe course, you’ll learn to control your sled.
Swedish lunch.
In the afternoon, we’ll go ice fishing to catch our dinner for the evening.
Back at the camp, enjoy a barbecue with the fish we caught.
Day 5 – Thursday: Sledding and outdoor adventures
Breakfast is at your leisure in the lodge.
Meet at 10am. Now that you’re an experienced musher, it’s time for a long sled ride in the wilderness with your own team of dogs.
Swedish lunch.
In the afternoon, we’ll try "cani-shoes" – a unique experience where you’ll be attached to a friendly dog with an elastic leash, and together you’ll explore the snowy landscape. Afterward, enjoy some dog cuddles at the play park.
Feeling tired after a day in the great outdoors? Unwind in the sauna, ready for you at the end of the afternoon.

Day 6 – Friday: A full day of sledding
Breakfast is at your leisure in the lodge.
Meet at 10am. We’ll surprise you with the variety of trails around the lodge. Enjoy a full day of sledding across beautiful landscapes.

Return to camp and group dinner.
Day 7 – Saturday: Wildlife tracking
Breakfast is at your leisure in the lodge.
Meet at 10am for a snowshoeing adventure along a river, where we’ll search for lynx tracks and other wildlife signs.

In the evening, a surprise awaits: we’ll set off on a sled ride to "Solstice," where we’ll enjoy an unforgettable evening under the stars.
Day 8 – Sunday: Time to say goodbye
After a final breakfast together, it’s time to say goodbye to Lapland and head back to France.
Each day of this stay is designed to fully immerse you in the wild beauty of Lapland, offering you unique activities and unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
Prices : 8-day stay 1990 €/pers. (adult) - 1650 €/pers (child -12 yrs).
The price includes :
- Accompaniment by two experienced guides.
- Breakfasts, lunches and dinners (except day 1: breakfast and lunch, last day: lunch and dinner).
- Accommodation: all nights in a comfortable cottage.
- Shuttle service from Östersund airport or Sundsvall central station to Majik Mushing Training Camp on day 1 and last day.
